How do I find out that my order has been processed?

What if I don't want to include the invoice in the package?

As we strive to be environmentally responsible, we do not include any documents in the package. All documents are sent to the customer exclusively in electronic form to the email address provided when placing the order.

How can I redeem the discount coupon?

The code should be entered in the same format as you received it, meaning in uppercase letters and without spaces.

Why am I not able to apply the coupon code?

Please make sure that you entered the code in the same format as you received it (i.e., in uppercase letters and without spaces) and that you confirmed its application by clicking the "Apply" button. Also, please ensure that the coupon is still valid and applicable to the products you are ordering. Only one discount coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be combined.

When will my order be shipped?

The shipping information for the product is visible directly on our website next to the product. We usually ship the items within 1-2 business days. Afterward, the product is handed over to the carrier, who will inform the customer of the exact delivery date.
