When you click the "Continue with your order" button in your shopping cart, you will need to fill in your billing and shipping details. After that, you will see the available shipping and payment options. If this doesn't happen, it's possible that one of the products in your cart has sold out. We recommend checking the contents of your cart. After removing the unavailable product, the following steps in the checkout process should load.
If you click the ,,Pay now" or "Continue with your order" button and the page doesn't respond (i.e., you don't see the confirmation of your order being successfully placed), the possible causes are as follows:
- The required field "I have become acquainted with the terms and conditions and with the conditions of personal data processing." has not been selected.
- The system shows an error with some of your billing or shipping details, which need to be corrected or completed.
- One of the products in your cart has sold out, and it needs to be removed from the cart.
