If you order a product that won't fit you, you can return it within 100 days without giving reasons. To return the goods, please log in to your customer account and submit a request for the selected item(s). Registration is not required; we will send you a login code after you provide your email address.
Just print out the e-mail and send it with the goods back to our e-shop. We advise you to send the goods back via registered mail. Please, keep the parcel number. We might need it if the package is lost or delayed. More information about the return, including the shipping address for returns, can be found here.
Please, note that only unused and unwashed goods can be returned. The product can be tried on, but the necessary labels (bar codes, tags) mustn't be removed. We will accept underwear, swimsuit, and socks that are unwrapped, in original packing and have original labels. If these conditions are not fulfilled, the goods cannot be sent back to us.
