Is it possible to return the goods?

If you order a product that won't fit you, you can return it within 100 days without giving reasons. To return the goods, please log in to your customer account and submit a request for the selected item(s). What are the conditions for returning an item?

The condition for accepting a return is that the item must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or accept back tried-on underwear (or underwear with torn/damaged packaging) and unpacked socks without original tags. Is it necessary to include the return form or the complaint letter in the package with the item I am sending back?

If you are returning an item, you need to print the email with the return information and include this document in the package. If you are unable to print the document, simply include the order number written down in the package.

Can I exchange the product for a different design or style?

Product exchanges are not possible. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us.

Is it possible to refund my money via postal order?

Unfortunately, not. Money can be refunded only to your bank account via bank transfer.

If I decide to return the goods, will you reimburse the shipping fee?

Unfortunately, we do not have a return label for free returns. Therefore, it is necessary to send the package at your own expense. We will cover the return shipping costs only if you have received damaged or incorrect goods. What if I receive damaged goods?

Although we put much effort to sell only high-quality products, it can happen that some of our products may be damaged or have a production mistake. Claim/return of an item I received as a gift

If you wish to file a complaint or return an item you received as a gift, please inform the person who gifted it to you. The person who placed the order with us will need to contact us.
