Can I change the delivery date or address when the parcel has been already dispatched?
The delivery address can be changed if the order has not yet been processed for shipping and is not in the packing stage. Please contact our [customer service](https://www.dedoles.com/pages/contact-us) directly with this request.
Once the order is confirmed, the delivery date cannot be changed.
If your order has already been shipped, you can arrange a change of address or delivery date directly with the chosen carrier, if they allow it.
