Where can I check the delivery status of my parcel?

After shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link. The delivery status can be then tracked at the website of the courier service that you have chosen for delivery.

How do I find out the estimated delivery date?

Our customers are informed about the delivery date before they place an order – when they click on the product, this date can be found right under the specific sizes on the right side of the image. The estimated delivery date is displayed also in the cart during the whole ordering process as well as in the confirmation e-mail.

If I have more than one estimated delivery date, which one should I rely on?

If you selected more items with different delivery dates, please always take into account the latest one.

Can I change the delivery date or address when the parcel has been already dispatched?

The delivery address can be changed as long as the order has not yet been moved to the dispatch and is not in the packaging process. Please, contact our customer service here (https://www.dedoles.com/contact-1) with your request. The delivery date cannot be changed.
