If you order a product that won't fit you, you can return it within 100 days without giving reasons. Just print out the return form, that you can find here fill it out, and send the goods back to our e-shop. We advise you to send the goods back via registered mail. Please, keep the parcel number. Please, note that only unused and unwashed goods can be returned. The product can be tried on, but the necessary labels (bar codes, tags) mustn't be removed. We will accept underwear, swimsuit, and socks that are unwrapped, in original packing and have original labels. If these conditions are not fulfilled, the goods cannot be sent back to us.
